Refunds & Returns.

All merch items (tees, hoodies, totes etc.) are made to order, and as such I can’t accept returns or refunds for wrong size, colour, or simply a change of mind. All sales are final. Should there be a manufacturing issue with your item(s), please send a confirmation of your purchase as well as proof of the fault to its.kcreative@outlook.com.

In the case of prints and framed prints purchased through this website, all sales are final unless the product is damaged in transit, however I take great care to pack my prints professionally and safely before sending them out. If you’ve purchased prints through my Darkroom store, please contact the customer care team there with questions about your order.
