Refunds & Returns.

All merch items (tees, hoodies, totes etc.) are made to order, and as such I can’t accept returns or refunds for wrong size, colour, or simply a change of mind. All sales are final. Should there be a manufacturing issue with your item(s), please send a confirmation of your purchase as well as proof of the fault to hello@thekeegancreative.com.au.

In the case of prints, framed prints, and photo books purchased through this website, all sales are final unless the product is damaged in transit, as these are printed to order and cannot be refunded for change of mind. Should there be any issues with manufacturing, or damaged in transit goods, please contact the Gelato customer care team with your order number and details. If you’ve purchased prints through my Darkroom store, please contact the customer care team there with questions about your order.

All limited edition print sales are final, and cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of the sale.

Any digital product purchased from this website is non-refundable after the purchase is made, non transferable, and not for resale. If there are any issues with your download link, please contact me via email.
